“ What a gem! Stopped on our way home from Denver. I would visit daily if I lived in Silt. The tea was perfection and all of the pastry items we got were beyond amazing! However, my favorite part was the waste reduction mindset seen and felt throughout the coffee shop. So refreshing and greatly appreciated! “ We went here 3 times when we were camping nearby with our family. My 4 year old loved their play coffee shop while she waited for us to get our coffees. I had a chai latte which was fantastic! And we shared a parfait which was very delicious. My husband and his parents got their bacon breakfast burritos and they also really liked the salsa verde that came on the side. The staff is very personable and efficient. So if you go in and there’s a line, don’t worry, they move quick! We’ll be back for sure! ”

“ Misty's Coffee Shop is the best place to get a quality cup of coffee in the valley. I love the atmosphere of the shop, and all the staff are extremely personable and friendly! Misty, the owner is into creating very unique and interesting cups for the daily special, and is continually experimenting! So if you are looking for a traditional espresso drink, pour over, or something crazy and exciting, Misty's is sure to satisfy. There can be a bit of a wait if they are busy with orders, but you can usually expect to be sipping a heavenly concoction within a few minutes time - and it's totally worth the wait! Everything here is good! The coffee is very good quality, coming from Mountain Mama Roasters (also in Silt, CO!!) and the the roasters Kenneth and Desi are uber passionate about roasting the best coffee possible. It great to be able to pick up a bag of whole bean coffee at the shop too. It's so awesome they share common values with Misty, and really promote community through coffee! ”

“ Such a cute place in Silt to get some amazing coffee! I tried a dark roast house blend that was fantastic and I also tried their Matcha which was also one of the best Matchas I've ever had. They have several baked goods to pair with whatever beverage you decide to get. The barista I spoke to was super friendly helpful! The atmosphere was delightful I can't wait to go back!! Seriously check them out if you're nearby! Went back this morning and had a delicious breakfast burrito! Friendly service and delightful atmosphere. Check this place out!! ”
